Meet the Adirondack District Staff
Rev. Henry Frueh Frueh was appointed to serve as the District Superintendent of the Adirondack District in 2006. He graduated from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, in 1974, with a Bachelor's of Science in natural resource conservation. He earned a Master's of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Ky., in 1979. In 1981, he was ordained an elder in the United Methodist Church and has served at local churches in Shenendehowa, Keeseville and Harkness, Glens Falls and East Greenbush, all in New York, and Williston, Vt. He was elected a delegate to General Conference in 2000 and 2008. He has two children�Sam, 28, and Abby, 24. A "46'er," Frueh has climbed the 46 Adirondack peaks higher than 4,000 feet. ______________________________________________________________________
